If your pet doesn't love it within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund. We mean it.
How to return
Reach out through our contact page with your order number to request a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Condition
Items should be returned in their original condition, with tags or packaging where possible. Hygiene items (bowls, water fountains) must be unused.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Reach out — we'll prepare your exchange before the return even arrives.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
